Uplist has partnered with Arcasa to bring energy-smart down payment assistance directly into the Uplist homebuyer experience. The integration allows buyers to explore a $0-down FHA financing option alongside traditional mortgage options when they scan a listing QR code or open a loan officer’s personalized shopping link.
“Our whole mission is to put a loan officer’s expertise on every listing, even when they can’t be there in person,” said Jeff Bell, president of Uplist.
Through the integration, Uplist connects with Arcasa’s estimate engine to display down payment assistance, solar financing and estimated monthly utility savings in real time. Buyers can compare options without creating an account, providing an SSN or affecting their credit, while loan officers gain another way to help address affordability challenges on every listing.
