No. There is no agent co-branding on the flyers or websites.
Who pays for Uplist?
Only lenders pay for this service. There is no cost for real estate agents or builders.
Is the mortgage company or the loan officer billed responsible for payment?
Billing can either be set up where the company pays Uplist, or each loan officer is responsible for payment.
How is APR calculated?
APR is automatically calculated by your PPE. In order to properly calculate APR, you will need to ensure fee templates are set up in your PPE.
How are MI quotes calculated?
All MI quotes are provided by Essent. They do not include any potential discounted MI pricing a lender may have.
What is the minimum number of users required for signing up
Uplist requires no minimum number of users.
How long does it take to get up and running once an agreement is signed?
It takes about 24-48 hours for full setup and implementation.
Does Uplist have access to lenders margin or base pricing information?
Is there any integration with the lender’s IT infrastructure?
No. Uplist maintains a certified integration with your PPE
Can a lender add verbiage to the “Disclosures and Assumptions” provided on the listing pages?
Yes, you may add additional disclosures.
